• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Indo Yatra Holidays.

• Prices and availability are subject to change until your booking has been confirmed.

• Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.

• Certain bookings may require non-refundable deposits as per the policies of airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

• Government taxes, service charges, and applicable fees will be communicated during the booking process.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other officially accepted communication channels.

• Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, transport operator, or other service providers involved.

• Applicable cancellation charges imposed by suppliers will apply.

• Service charges paid to Indo Yatra Holidays, if any, may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Eligible refunds will be processed after receiving the refund from the respective supplier and may take several business days to reflect, depending on banking procedures.

Requests for changes to confirmed bookings are subject to:

• Supplier policies

• Availability

• Applicable amendment or rescheduling charges

• Fare or price differences

Certain bookings, promotional fares, or special offers may not permit modifications.

The traveler is solely responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents are valid and up to date, including but not limited to:

• Passport

• Visa

• Government-issued identification

• Travel permits

• Vaccination or health certificates (where required)

Indo Yatra Holidays shall not be responsible for denied boarding, visa refusal, immigration issues, or entry restrictions resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or expired documentation.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, personal accidents, and other unforeseen events.

Any travel insurance arranged through Indo Yatra Holidays is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance provider.

Indo Yatra Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, destination management companies, cruise operators, visa agencies, and insurance providers.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

• Service deficiencies by suppliers

• Loss or damage of baggage or personal belongings

• Injury, illness, accidents, or death during travel

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

Indo Yatra Holidays shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or inability to provide services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Floods, earthquakes, or severe weather

• War or civil unrest

• Government restrictions

• Airline operational issues

• Pandemics or public health emergencies

• Strikes or industrial disputes

In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to assist travelers; however, additional costs imposed by suppliers may be payable by the traveler.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Comply with all applicable laws and travel regulations.

• Respect the rules and policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

• Carry valid travel documents at all times.

• Conduct yourself responsibly during your journey.

Indo Yatra Holidays reserves the right to refuse service where unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct is observed.

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.

• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Misrepresent information while making inquiries or bookings.
