Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through other officially accepted communication channels.

The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your cancellation request.

Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of booking and the policies of the respective service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, destination management companies, cruise operators, and other travel partners.

The final cancellation amount may include:

• Airline cancellation charges

• Hotel or resort cancellation charges

• Transportation cancellation charges

• Visa processing charges (where applicable)

• Travel insurance charges (where applicable)

• Service or processing charges charged by Indo Yatra Holidays

Certain promotional fares, special offers, and non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed after we receive the refundable amount from the respective supplier.

• Processing times may vary depending on airlines, hotels, banks, payment gateways, or other service providers.

• Any applicable service charges, transaction fees, taxes, or supplier penalties may be deducted before the refund is processed.

If a traveler fails to arrive for a booked flight, hotel stay, tour, transfer, or any other travel service without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a No-Show.

In such cases:

• Refunds may not be available.

• The booking may be cancelled by the supplier.

• Applicable cancellation charges will apply as per the supplier's policy.

Requests to modify travel dates, passenger details, accommodation, transportation, or other booking components are subject to:

• Supplier approval

• Availability

• Applicable amendment charges

• Fare or price differences

Certain bookings may not permit changes after confirmation.

Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

Indo Yatra Holidays is not responsible for visa refusals or delays.

Visa processing fees and related service charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the relevant authority.

In rare situations where an airline, hotel, transport operator, or other supplier cancels or modifies a confirmed booking, Indo Yatra Holidays will make every reasonable effort to assist you in obtaining an alternative arrangement or applicable refund as per the supplier's policy.

We shall not be liable for any additional expenses, indirect losses, or consequential damages resulting from such cancellations.

Refunds and cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Floods or earthquakes

• Extreme weather conditions

• Government restrictions

• Political unrest

• Pandemics or public health emergencies

• Airline operational disruptions

• Strikes or industrial actions

shall be governed by the policies of the respective service providers.

Indo Yatra Holidays will extend all reasonable assistance to affected travelers; however, additional costs imposed by suppliers may be payable by the traveler.

Where applicable, approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 21 business days after the refundable amount has been received from the respective supplier.
